Orders

All our jewellery is made to order and takes approximately four weeks to deliver. However, if you have an urgent requirement, I will do everything in my power to make it happen. Once you have placed your order, payment must be accepted and the billing address verified before an item can be dispatched. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been processed.
Payment
By Bank Transfer, Cheque or PayPal.
Packaging
All items are gift wrapped in tissue paper and drawstring bags. Let me know if you have any personal messages to be included in the parcel.
Wishlist
Start a wishlist of your favourite pieces, send him or her in my direction, I’ll handle the rest!
Delivery
Postage is free of charge for UK deliveries, using Royal Mail Special Delivery, this service requires a signature.
Shipping for International orders will be calculated on an individual basis. Should you live in a destination that charges customs or import duties, these will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay for these charges, unfortunately I cannot advise on these prices as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. I would recommend seeking further advice about this from your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns
Every effort has been made to give clear descriptions of items, lengths and materials. However, if you are not delighted with your purchase I am happy to refund payment against items, if you notify me within 14 days from purchase. The item will need to be returned to me in a perfect condition, unworn and inside all the original packaging within 14 days. I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Personalised or bespoke pieces cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify me via email within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Until the item reaches me, it remains the responsibility of the customer, I would recommend returning the item via a tracked delivery service as I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in the post. Items must be returned in a perfect condition, unworn and inside all the original packaging. Once I receive the item back, I can then process a refund within 14 working days. I do not refund return postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Caring for your jewellery
Warm, soapy water and an old soft toothbrush work best for cleaning jewellery. Never clean gemstones with anything other than warm soapy water. Store jewellery in soft bags and remove before bathing or swimming. Avoid spraying perfume on your jewellery.
Ring sizing
If you are unsure about your ring size, I can post you a ring sizer for a small fee, redeemable against any purchase.
Hallmarking
All Gold and Silver pieces are hallmarked at the London Assay Office.
